Canary 1 (Norwich City fan) says...
Jimmy Floyd Hasslebaink was spotted and spoken to at the recent Norwich Vs Blackpool game, and was asked whether he was signing for the club, he replied "no". Yet, he is still staying in a local hotel in Norwich, which all of the new signings and loan players stay at. Norwich play Cardiff away on saturday, so why would he still be in Norwich if he has a game to play at the weekend? I'm not sure whether this is just speculation or whether it is substantial, but I dont think Norwich would be able to afford JFH's wages.

David Elliot (Newcastle United fan) says...
Is there any logic to Keegan's management. He moans at the size of his squad, especially defenders, then lets Faye, who didn't do much wrong last season, go for peanuts. Then he tells fans Alan Smith still has a future at SJP when all fans know he is useless. I believe Milner will pressure KK in to a move to Villa, probably at the last minute, when Keegan will have no time to buy a replacement. Do season ticket holders like me think they have been conned into all the pre season talk of major signings?

Wayne Rutter (Tottenham Hotspur fan) says...
I heard it was Tottenham who pulled out of signing Verdan Corluka and not Man City who pulled the plug due to the fact he played in the Uefa Cup games and spurs only want to strengthen with players eligable for Europe. Berbatov will be done as soon as we agree a fee with Zenit for Arshavin, thats the only hold up with Berbatov's departure, sit tight United fans its all down to the Russians know

Derek Nicholson (Tottenham Hotspur fan) says...
Let's just get this Berbatov transfer saga sorted out. Manchester United are the only team that seem to be interested in him so just accept the money now and move on. I don't think this saga has been handled well by either club and has dragged on for too long. I don't really have a problem with him leaving, he is a great player but he annoyed me a lot last season with his body language and visual and verbal ctiticism of other team members on the field. If things are going well for him he will be good, if not he will sulk and you won't get the best from him. I wish him well and thank him for what he gave to Spurs, but when he goes I am looking forward to seeing Darren Bent get a chance in (hopefully) a new formation.

Alpesh Patel (Liverpool fan) says...
I dont like to sound negative, but sadly this time i am going to have to say that the on going problem at the board will limit the team from making a strong title bid! - we need to get rid of Parry, we need to get rid of the owners!! its upsetting to listern to man utd making a £28m bid for a striker, and not Questioning the value of the player, i am sure if spurs said that we want £40m, if man utd really wanted him then they would pay £40.... and here we are disputing a minor £18m over a world class player!

Mark Smith (West Ham United fan) says...
i thought west hams chairman wanted to take the club to the next level. to do that you need to put your money into the club he must have seen the trouble we got in when we had so many injuries last season this season looks the same and we have sold so many. ljunberg 6m pay off. why didnt we keep him for 1 more season 52 weeks x 75,000 at least he was a option. what signings have we made berhami yes ok but a striker. i have supported west ham all my life and the club seems filled with false hope. dont say your here owners to build a top side if your not if all this talk is true that curbs has 5 games left who they going to get in. i think if we do lose curbs (i think he deserves a good chance and some money to buy) but if he does go lets get mark hughes / or tony cottie in come on you hammers

Just Heard from a friend that works right by old Trafford that he saw Berbatov talking to david Gill. Hopefully the deal should go through soon and he will be able to play this weekend. Otherwise United need to look at someone else even the like of Eto maybe if Barcelona some how get Berbatov. Lastly Henry thats a BIG NO he does not suit united at all and worse he played for Arsenal. Keep him at Barca. Come on you REDS the treble is around the corner
