What about Netball? Now that England Football has been knocked out of the cup, surely this is a gap for the 61 million women playing netball in the world to shine?

I agree with Phil Clarkes analysis of Westerman, who is indeed an exciting prospect, From a Giants fans perspective this season I`m looking forward to seeing if we get a big season from star signing and New Zealand International Paul Whatuira, and maybe even more importantly, can Gatis fill the boots left by the inspirational playmaking and organizational skills of Brad Drew.

Totally agree with phil clarke I watched joe westerman a number of times on sky last season and he is a huge talent. would also like to chuck a name into the ones to watch this season.. wigan warriors young up and coming hooker Micky McIllurom. just a name for the people out there who isn't close to the RL scene to watch out for. a huge talent

Let's see some major fights for the top 4. Liverpool and Chelsea despite a multi million pound teams seem to be vunerable at present whilst Man City and Everton are very impressive. Carling and Uefa Cups for the Toffees!

Interesting to see Phil Clarke pick out Joe Westerman as one to watch in RL. I only hope that this lad's treats his talent for playing RL with more respect than he managed to treat the agreement he had with Wakefield Trinity.

I see no mention of Chelsea in here and I think with us still to play both Manchester Utd and Arsenal at Stamford Bridge will have a major part to play and I think we will see Chelsea steal it in the last couple of games.

I see no mention of Chelsea, winning the league, now isn't that unusual, never mind our boss has now the money to pour into the team, for Mr Grant to buy the League as both Messers Wenger & Ferguson have done for years. They have never been the 'best managers' just the richest, with that all important touch of luck.

I think that arsenal can some how slip off manchester united for the title. they are still looking stronger with there away form a bit improved by the inform striked eduardo da silva. manchester united may look stronger than before but have shown no quality facing arsenal going for the title. arsene wenger has said that he will surely try his best for the title while ferguson says arsenal have the chance. in the january transfer window diego of weder bremen could join to partner with febregas. it is just going in the right way. ARSENAL 07/08 CHAMPIONS.

In 2008 I weould love too see us win a trophy under Sven as we have made such a good start. The likes of Castillo being loaned here is great and hopefully Bojinov coming back from injury can make a big impact up front. I unfortunately think that man united will win the league this year yet I obviously prefer them. If city could sign anyone it would definately be Ibrahimovic, QUALITY.

I have heard from an important source that arsene wenger is ready to pay $16million for Diego of Werder Bremen, who would accompany Fabregas in center midfield.

Jamie Walker (West Ham United fan) says...
In 2008, I would like to see West Ham United have a completely fit squad to see how good we really are. Our discipline record is very good so suspension should not play a major part. I would also like to see the speedway world come to its senses. In what other sport would a title winning team be disassembled because it is too good. Can you imagine Man U having to get rid of Rooney because he scored more than an average number of goals. The heirarchy of speedway has gone mad. Hurry back to Coventry Scottie Nicholls and Jonno - we're gonna miss you!!
