I get the feeling that is going to be a difficult fight to watch, I predict (after having watched a few of both fighters recent bouts) that Haye will head into the fight all guns blazing and heavily work Valuev's seemingly singular weak spot (the body) sneaking a head shot in where he uses his speed and obvious talent to create a chance.
However, this will be to no avail as some big hitters have tried and had little effect (even Holyfield's jab was ineffective).
The trouble is Valuev is a mountain with arms, he has suprisingly little power in relation to his size and very little real skill, but a lucky punch with hands that size could carry Haye across the ring.
It will be frustrating to watch such a talented boxer hitting what can only be described as a 7ft punchbag.
Let's hope the refs are fair this time and reward the better boxer! Valuev seems to get decisions based sheerly on the principal that he's so huge no-one can knock him down. Even if he only threw a fifth of his opponents punches and missed with most of them.

I think Valuev can be beaten and David can do it if he uses his superior speed and applies intelligent pressure. I feel David will need to use every inch of the ring, darting in and out of range, and trying not to get drawn into a slug-fest as that would be playing into Valuev's hands. Side-to-side, lateral movements and quick attacks to the body will slow Valuev even more and make it easier for David to land a 'Hayemaker'!

This is a fascinating match up. I think Haye will simply outbox him and win a unanimous decision. Can't see him knocking Valuev out. However if Haye gets too cocky he could come unstuck and get knocked out himself. For the heavyweight boxing scene though I hope Haye wins. I'm sick to death of big white east european and Russian type champions. It's ridiculous. At least Haye has some charisma and explosive power. He's great to watch.

Haye is the best thing not only in British Boxing but World Boxing. The Heavyweights is where it's at, and he will be the one to re-ignite the division. KO inside 7 Rounds to Haye, then bring on the Kiltchco's. He'll deal with Vlad, but will have alot more bother with brother Vitali...

Haye is too busy running his mouth, he is the best heavyweight the UK has seen since Lewis but that isnt saying much as the contenders for that crown have been few and far between. He is going to get knocked out in the third round or before by Valuev! He is simply too big and powerful, one punch from Valuev catching Haye off guard will send him flying where as Haye will need several punches to try knock Valuev off his feet. Will Valuev be that sloppy though? His previous fights point towards no.

Someone should invent high healed boxing boots !
Imagine someone throwing medicine balls at your head ! You watch them heading towards you and you have that extra mili-second to dodge and avoid ! However multi-balls over 12 rounds sugguests that 1 or 2 will get through ! And when they do haye might need more than just medicine !
If Haye can avoid the medicine balls and pummel the Big fellas body (head height) then he has a chance but if he goes for the knock out in the early rounds then he could burn out mid fight and the big guy will throw ball after ball and haye will be too tired to avoid everyone !

Build up to big fights can be, if not more, exciting than the fight itself but I have confidence in that the Hayemaker is going to prove he has the talent to back up his claims and show this freak he is not up there with the best. Cmon David do it for yourself, your country and knock him clean out. The boys n girls in the military will be watching from far and wide, cheers BFBS.
