What a great game. Was too young and didn't know about cricket when we won in '83, but am today blessed to watch today's final. Winning the world cup in home is jus history. Feel sorry for SL. A message to Nick Knight (who has been pessimstic about India all through the tournament) .......bring on Aus..........bring on Pak/SL, we will win.

I wanted Sri Lanka to win from a selfish point of view, so at least we (England) could say we were beaten by the eventual winners..but well done to India, and, congrats to Tendulkar. He may not have had his best day, but at least he has the winners medal he deserves.
